Meet Marius J. Massie
Marius J. Massie is the founder of Maximum 1™ and the creator of The Chaos Breaker System™. For more than two decades, he has helped schools, youth-serving organizations, leaders, families, and communities make sense of emotional and relational chaos and move toward healthier patterns, stronger identity, and real change.
His work brings together practical frameworks, systems thinking, and deeply human teaching. He does not offer abstract inspiration or borrowed language. He teaches from lived mastery, active implementation, and a commitment to making hard things clear enough to use in real life.
Maximum 1 is founder-led today, and every framework, experience, and training standard begins with that same commitment: all truth, no harm; safety before strategy; and a real path forward people can actually walk.
